About

Lynna Goldhar Smith is a Vancouver artist who embraces an eclectic and experimental approach to artmaking, consistently blurring the lines between painting, writing, and performance to bring her vivid visions to life.
This interdisciplinary fusion defines her artistic identity and underscores a lifelong commitment to exploring art as a way of life.
Her career has spanned various realms of art. Whether she is co-creating a theatre production or painting in her studio, Lynna’s work invites us to explore multiple perspectives of human experience through the lens of one artist.
A graduate of the California Institute of the Arts, Lynna draws on a rich foundation in cross-disciplinary practice. Her work is a testament to the power of art to enhance our lives—whether as artists or collectors—and to live more deeply through art.
She regularly exhibits in galleries and participates in Open Stuido events like First Saturday. Most recently, Lynna’s work has been seen in a group show at the Skylight Gallery in Edmonds, Washington, titled Redefining Borders, two solo shows at Jericho Art Centre in Vancouver, and is a regular participant of the Eastside Culture Crawl. She has a growing number of enthusiastic collectors throughout North America
Lynna’s studio at Eastside Atelier is available for visits upon request.
